At CK Renovation Studio, we believe that exceptional design doesn’t begin on a mood board — it begins in the world.

Our creative process is rooted in curiosity. We travel to explore architecture, materials, and makers firsthand, so that each project we touch feels rich in meaning, not just styled for trend. From minimalist studios in Berlin to artisan workshops in Lisbon and curated showrooms in Paris, we seek out spaces and ideas that challenge our assumptions, expand our aesthetic vocabulary, and bring new layers of possibility to the homes we design.

These experiences aren't just inspirational — they’re practical. We meet with local designers, visit studios and manufacturers, and study how materials behave in context. We return with insights our clients can see and feel: a kitchen layout inspired by a Berlin loft, lighting drawn from Japanese ryokans, a custom bench finished in Venetian limewash.

Through our CK Travels video series, we’re documenting these journeys — not just to share what inspires us, but to show how global perspective shapes local spaces. It's not about importing style. It's about translating substance.
